Welcome to Motorbike Adventures!
This site is for any person whom enjoys exploring the world on two wheels, to discover new horizons and broaden the mind. Why by Motorbike? Because you have a much closer contact to your environment. Instead of just passing by in a car you have the opportunity to feel the road, smell the air, and stimulate your senses every meter you drive.
Of course this can also be quite challenging from time to time. You may sweat in the summer or freeze in the winter and run into unforeseen obstacles or surprises that may confront you. That’s what it is all about for me. To be connected to the world, experience all you can, go with the flow, and make it a fun adventure. Touring on two wheels creates a special bond and comradery with like minded people that enjoy this form of transportation. I have noticed through my travels on two wheels around the world that people seem to be more open to motorbike drivers than to other drivers, because they seem so vulnerable to their environment. In my personal opinion they are also some of the happiest travelers I have met to date.
Fast enough to cross the land and slow enough to get the full picture. That is what I would like to share with you on this site. My experiences if good or not so good, the challenges and joys of travelling. So if you are like minded I am pretty sure that you will enjoy the contents of this site, the Blog, my pictures from all over the world, and the other information and useful links that you may find here.
One big part of this site in future will be the E-book section. These E-books will provide you with deeper information and travel guidance for several parts of the world. To inspire you and to make it easier for you to experience the journey yourself. I am working on some of them at the moment. Will let you know when they are ready.
